立环高梯度磁选机运行中励磁线圈温度持续偏高,是比处理量下降更危险的信号。线圈温度超过80℃后磁场强度开始明显衰减,长期过热还会导致绝缘层老化、匝间短路,严重时整组线圈烧毁,维修成本高昂。问题通常出在冷却系统上。

冷却水路堵塞是线圈过热的头号原因。 线圈依靠循环水带走热量,水质不洁或长期未清理时,水路内壁结垢、杂质沉积,水流越来越小,换热效率急剧下降。判断方法很简单:用手触摸进出水管,若温差很小,说明水流量不足。建议每月检查一次冷却水流量和压力,每季度用专用清洗剂循环清洗水路一次。有条件的可将开放式水冷系统改为封闭式循环冷却,从源头隔绝杂质。

冷却水温过高同样会导致线圈散热不良。 进水温度超过30℃时,线圈与冷却水的温差减小,散热效果大打折扣。应检查冷却塔或冷水机是否正常工作,水温偏高时及时补充低温水或增加冷却能力。夏季高温时段尤其要关注水温变化,必要时可加装辅助制冷装置。

励磁电流长期超额定值运行,线圈发热量必然增加。 给料量过大或磁介质堵塞时,操作人员往往会调高电流来维持磁场强度,结果线圈温度进一步升高,形成恶性循环。建议检查电流表读数,若持续高于额定值10%以上,应适当降低给料量或停机清洗磁介质,而不是一味调高电流。
