光伏砂生产线是专为光伏石英坩埚原料打造的石英砂深度提纯成套生产线,针对光伏行业对杂质元素极其严苛的管控标准,着重降低铁、钾、钠、锂等有害元素,规避后期坩埚析晶风险,产出坩埚专用光伏石英砂。

适用原料:精选高品级脉石英原矿,原矿本身需要严格把控伴生杂质,原料前期化验筛选尤为关键。

工艺流程:原矿粗碎、细碎→湿法棒磨机制砂→CX 擦洗机强力擦洗剥离矿石表面浸染杂质→SF 水力分级机、SZ 受阻沉降机多级水力分级除泥→多段串联磁选(PBC 永磁湿式平板磁选机、DCJ 电磁浆料磁选机、LHC 立环高梯度磁选机)多级强磁深度除铁→SCF 浮选机浮选去除长石、云母伴生矿物→DTS 振动脱水筛预脱水→NM 浓密机矿浆浓缩→BK 高压隔膜板框压滤机脱水→HGS 三回程滚筒烘干机烘干→YBF 方形摇摆筛精细分级筛分;可配套酸洗工段(客户现场自行配置)进一步去除表面浸染金属杂质。

产出产品:40‑120 目光伏坩埚专用石英砂,高纯等级,严格管控微量杂质指标。

成品用途:单晶硅、多晶硅铸锭用石英坩埚,光伏新能源硅料熔炼容器核心原料。

产能范围:定制化产能 5‑55t/h;光伏砂生产线更看重提纯精度,单条线一般不做超大产能;依据矿石化验报告定制整套工艺,可承接 EPC 总包,工艺设计、设备制造、现场安装调试一站式交付。

产品优势:采用多段分级 + 多级强磁 + 浮选组合提纯工艺,深度去除弱磁性矿物与长石杂质;设备内部可做防污染防护,减少生产环节二次带入杂质;多级水力分级精准管控粒型粒级;整套湿法工艺配套泥浆压滤干排,满足环保生产;可根据原矿化验结果灵活调整磁选段数、浮选时间,适配不同品级原料提纯。
