压裂砂生产线是针对油田石油压裂支撑剂开发的石英砂选矿成套生产线,重点把控成品颗粒圆度、抗压强度与粒型,严格控制杂质含量,产出符合油田使用标准的石英压裂砂产品。

适用原料:高硬度石英岩、脉石英矿石为主,优先选用硬度高、脆性低的石英原矿。

工艺流程:原矿破碎→湿法棒磨机研磨制砂→CX 擦洗机强力擦洗脱泥去除泥质包裹层→SF 水力分级机、SZ 受阻沉降机粒度分选→多段湿式磁选除铁(CTB 永磁筒式磁选机、LHC 立环高梯度磁选机)→LXS 螺旋溜槽进一步分选提纯→DTS 振动脱水筛脱水→NM 浓密机回收矿浆→BK 高压隔膜板框压滤机尾矿干排→HGS 三回程滚筒烘干机烘干→YBF 方形摇摆筛精准分级筛分,分出多档压裂砂成品。可按需增设浮选工段进一步降低长石杂质。

产出产品:20‑40 目、30‑50 目、40‑70 目等油田常用规格压裂石英砂,颗粒圆润,抗压性能达标。

成品用途:石油、页岩气开采,作为井下压裂支撑剂,用于油气井裂缝支撑,提升油气采收率。

产能范围:定制产能 20‑130t/h,根据原矿硬度、成品粒度指标做整线工艺布局,可承接 EPC 总包服务,完成工艺设计、设备制造以及现场安装调试。

产品优势:棒磨制砂管控颗粒粒型,减少针片状颗粒;多级分选提纯降低有害杂质;湿法生产粉尘低;烘干 + 摇摆筛精细分级保障成品筛分精度;整套生产线尾矿泥浆压滤干排,满足环保生产要求;工艺可根据油田不同规格指标灵活调整配置。
