永磁滚筒磁选机在石英砂湿法产线中运行时,筒体内部进水是不少客户遇到过的麻烦。矿浆从密封处渗入滚筒内部,轻则导致磁块受潮退磁,重则锈蚀磁轭和轴承,设备除铁能力大幅下降,严重时整台磁选机报废。问题根源多在密封件上。

密封圈老化失效是筒体进水的首要原因。 滚筒两端通常采用骨架油封或O型密封圈,长期在矿浆浸泡和温度变化下工作,橡胶逐渐硬化、开裂,失去密封作用。建议每季度检查一次密封圈状态,用手指按压密封唇口,若感觉发硬或出现裂纹,需立即更换。更换时在密封唇口涂抹适量锂基润滑脂,既能提高密封效果,又便于下次拆卸。安装新密封圈时注意方向,唇口朝向矿浆侧才能有效阻挡液体渗入。

筒体端盖螺栓松动同样会导致进水。 滚筒在运转中持续承受振动,端盖固定螺栓容易松动,密封面出现间隙,矿浆便从缝隙中渗入。每次停机检修时用扭矩扳手逐一检查端盖螺栓,按对角线顺序均匀紧固。若发现螺栓孔滑丝,需重新攻丝或更换端盖。装配时在端盖与筒体结合面涂一层密封胶,可进一步提高防水效果。

滚筒表面磨损或出现裂纹,也是进水的一条隐蔽通道。 石英砂硬度高,筒皮长期摩擦后磨损变薄,局部甚至出现微小裂纹,矿浆从裂纹处渗入。每月用卡尺测量筒皮厚度,磨损量接近原厚度三分之一时及时更换。筒皮表面出现裂纹的,可用角磨机开坡口后补焊,打磨平整后再投入使用。

日常巡检中留意滚筒转动时有无水珠甩出,或停机后打开端盖观察内部有无积水痕迹。发现进水后应立即停机排水,用热风干燥筒体内部,检查磁块和轴承状态。设备运行相关问题,欢迎致电山鲁重工:张经理 13583776655(同微信)。
